Yin yoga is a loving and profound way of working with your own body. The focus is on yin, letting go, living in the here and now and accepting all sensations experienced in the moment. We work not only on a physical level, but also on an energetic and emotional level.

In Yin Yoga, postures are held for up to 5 minutes and have an intensive effect on the deep connective tissue in the body. While our everyday life is often fast and active, and therefore mostly yang, yin yoga is the ideal balance to relax after a turbulent day and find yourself in stillness.

The focus of Yin Yoga practice is on seated postures, forward bends, twists and reclined postures. Yin yoga is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
